Features
  • Plastvac P7 enables two plasticizing processes: Conventional and Rotary.
  • The Bio-Art Plastvac P7 is a device exclusively designed for thermoforming processes (plasticizing) and is indicated for different applications, turning the production of trays simple, accurate and efficient.
  • A powerful 1400W motor, it automatically generates the vacuum at the conformation instant. The Plastvac P7 does not need a special installation, since it is connected to the consulting / laboratory power grid.
  • Compared with the machine made in China, the biggest advantage of the vacuum forming machine made in Brazil is that this machine adds the function of rotating and switching the heating surface, so that the upper and lower sides of the sheet material can be heated, and the heating is more uniform, so that it can operate thicker materials and complete more processing. This is something the most current Chinese made machines cannot do.
